(Troutdale, OR)  --  An investigation is under way into the discovery of a body on the side of the road in Troutsdale.  Police say someone called 9-1-1 Friday after spotting the body on I-84 near exit 17.  The victim is described as a white man in his late twenties or early thirties with a beard and brown hair.  Anyone with information on his death is urged to contact police.
