(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland woman is speaking out about her brush with Charles Manson when she was just ten-years-old.  Anne Jaeger tells KATU she and her family met Manson during a family vacation to California in the summer of 1968.  Jaeger says her family was camping on the beach when Manson stepped out of a nearby bus with his so-called "Manson family" and joined her father around the campfire.  Jaeger says Manson threatened her father after he refused to let Manson use the bathroom in their trailer, saying that if he wants it, he'll take it.  The shaken Jaeger family quickly packed up and left the beach.  The criminal master-mind behind one of the most heinous murder sprees in U.S. history died over the weekend at the age of 83.
