(Kelso, WA)  --  A 13-year-old Kelso boy is charged with manslaughter for the shooting death of his friend.  Prosecutors have charged the boy for the death of 13-year-old Edgar Vazquez on October 14th.  Police say the boy called 9-1-1 after a gun the boys were playing with went off, hitting Vazquez in the upper body.  He died at the scene.
