(Portland, OR)  --  A home is destroyed after catching fire in Washington County.  Firefighters responded to the area of Northwest Catalpa Street and 168th in Bethany last night to find the house fully engulfed in flames.  The home was in the final stages of construction.  Fire officials say it's a total loss.
