(Portland, OR)  --  A second state senator is launching accusations of sexual harassment against colleague Jeff Kruse.  Senator Elizabeth Steiner-Hayward has filed a complaint, saying Kruse put his hand on her thigh and hugged her too long and too close.  Steiner-Hayward says Kruse also sat so close to her that his leg touched hers.  Kruse has previously been accused of sexual harassment by Senator Sara Gelser.
