(Portland, OR)  --  A man is in custody in Oregon in connection to the shooting death of his girlfriend in Washington State.  Police in Lake Oswego say they arrested a 22-year-old man over the weekend.  The man is suspected of shooting his ex-girlfriend, who died after being found bleeding in a car in Federal Way, Washington last week.  The suspect is in the process of being extradited back to Washington.
