(Portland, OR)  --  The Coalition for Healthy Kids and Education is delaying its proposal to tax sugary drinks.  The group announced yesterday it's pushing back the proposal to the November 2018 ballot so they have more time to gather support.  The group had originally intended to get the proposal on the May 2018 ballot.
