(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for an alleged arsonist or group of arsonists accused of setting fire to at least two brand new homes in North Bethany.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says two newly constructed homes on Northwest 169th Street were burned to the ground in August.  Authorities are now investigating a third, similar fire that happened last week.
