(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man killed in a hit-and-run over the weekend.  Police say 24-year-old Daniel G. Ramsey died Sunday after being struck by a car on North Fessenden Street near Alma Avenue.  Police describe the vehicle as a dark-colored BMW 5 Series sedan.  Anyone with information on the driver is urged to contact police.
