(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man accused of shooting another man in the ear.  Police arrested 29-year-old Christopher Ridenour for the incident Saturday at a home in McMinnville.  Investigators say Ridenour and his victim were arguing when Ridenour shot him.  He's currently hospitalized in unknown condition.
