(Troutdale, OR)  --  The Eagle Creek Fire is finally 100-percent contained.  Authorities say there are still some areas burning in the Columbia River Gorge, but they feel that the flames won't spread.  The nearly 49-thousand-acre blaze started in September and had been listed at half containment since last month.
