(Portland, OR)  --  The Eagle Creek Fire is now 100-percent contained.  The Incident Information System posted that the fire was completely contained as of noon yesterday.  Officials say that doesn't mean the fire is completely extinguished but that it's no longer expected to grow beyond its current perimeter.
