(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly stabbing his brother on Goat Mountain.  Police say the stabbing happened Saturday night on U.S. Forest Service land off Highway 211 near Estacada.  Police arrested the suspect after he allegedly crashed his car while driving under the influence.  His brother was taken to a hospital.
