(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to a shooting outside a strip club last week.  Police arrested Daniel Frank for the shooting Wednesday night at Mystic Gentlemen's Club.  He's facing charges of unlawful use of a weapon and menacing.  No injuries were reported.
