(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man who was allegedly spotted with an axe near two schools in South Eugene.  Police responded to the area of East 25th Avenue yesterday morning after receiving reports of an armed subject.  Both South Eugene High School and Roosevelt Middle School were placed on lockdown while police looked for the man.  He's being held on a non-criminal hold.
