(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland police officer is injured following a struggle with a domestic violence suspect.  Police responded to the Portland Value Inn on Northeast 82nd Avenue last night on reports of a man threatening someone with a knife.  Police say the suspect, 23-year-old Justin L. Fowler, kicked and injured one of the officers as they tried to take him into custody.  Police say the officer was taken to a hospital but was not seriously injured.
