(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are reminding residents it's not too late to get that flu shot.  Oregon Health Authority says the number of flu cases in the state is starting to rise.  A deputy health officer for Multnomah County tells KATU that it's a good idea to get a flu shot now before flu season really picks up.
