(Portland, OR)  --  Hillary Clinton is in Portland today to speak about her new book.  The former presidential candidate, Secretary of State and First Lady of the United States will be at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall to promote her memoir "What Happened."  The conservative group Patriot Prayer is planning to protest before the event, and counter-protesters are expected to show up in response.
