(Portland, OR)  --  New details are coming to light in the strange case of a man who allegedly tried to stab someone with a pair of scissors downtown.  Police say 43-year-old Brent Shannon Thicksten told officers that his wife Taylor Swift told him to kill the man.  When asked where his wife was, Thicksten allegedly told officers, "We are one."  Police arrested Thicksten Sunday morning for the incident at Northwest 3rd Avenue and Burnside street.  His victim suffered a cut to the back and did not require hospitalization.
