(Portland, OR)  --  A Sutherlin man is facing charges for the sexual abuse of two teenage girls, one of whom has developmental disabilities.  Police arrested 38-year-old Rusty Hendrickson Saturday on three counts each of second- and third-degree sex abuse.  Investigators say the parents of one of the girls contacted police after finding troubling conversations on their daughter's phone.  Police believe Hendrickson may have had other victims.
