(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland City Council is giving the green light to a plan to build a glass pavilion on what is now a public walkway.  The three-story pavilion will serve as a new museum entrance and connect the museum's two buildings in the South Park Blocks.  There are plans to raise the 50-million dollars needed for the project through donations.
