(Beaverton, OR)  --  Police in Beaverton are searching for an armed suspect.  The Beaverton Police Department's Twitter account tweeted just after midnight that the suspect may be in the area of Southwest Walker and Highway 217.  According to a later tweet, police did not locate the suspect and continue to investigate the situation.  No other details have been given.
