(Multnomah Co., OR)  --  A Multnomah County Circuit Court judge is sentencing a man and woman to double digit prison terms for sexually abusing a teenage girl.  David Hyliard began abusing the girl when she was 12 and continued doing so for several years.  Investigators say Chelsea Lovell abused the girl when the girl was 14.  The couple recorded the abuse on video.  Hyliard received a 20-year prison sentence in September and Lovell was sentenced to 14 years behind bars on Wednesday.
