(Portland, OR)  --  The man behind bars for impersonating a military member and theft is facing new charges.  Authorities say Michele Bocci is facing new charges of defrauding a woman out of more than 30-thousand-dollars last summer.  Bocci was indicted last week on three counts of theft by deception.  He was already in jail for an incident last year where he claimed to be a decorated U.S. Marine in order to receive donations.
