(Eugene, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown is calling on Congress to re-fund the Children's Health Insurance Program.  Governor Brown made the demands while visiting a children's hospital in Eugene yesterday.  Congress stopped funding for CHIP back in September.  The program provides health care coverage to lower-income families which includes 120-thousand in Oregon.
