(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland police officer is on the other side of the law facing misconduct charges.  The Multnomah County district attorney filed the charges alleging Officer Robert Berge "unlawfully performed an act with the intent to obtain a benefit."  It's unclear what that benefit was.  The Portland Police Department has not released a statement.  Officer Berge remains on duty.
