(Sauvie Island, OR)  --  A man is behind bars facing attempted murder charges for allegedly shooting a man on Sauvie Island.  A witness says the victim banged on his door begging for help Tuesday night, saying he was beaten and shot.  He reportedly told the homeowner he was taken to Sauvie Island from Portland to be killed.  Police arrested 28-year-old Brett Andre and booked him into the Multnomah County Jail.
