(Portland, OR)  --  Police are looking for an alleged bank robber they're calling the "Palpatine bandit."  Police say the older man wearing a black hood entered a Northeast Portland bank yesterday and demanded money.  Police dubbed him the "Palpatine bandit" because of his resemblance to Emperor Sheev Palpatine, AKA Darth Sidious, from Star Wars.
