(Portland, OR)  --  A Washington County Sheriff's Office jail worker is facing charges for allegedly sexually harassing a co-worker.  Police arrested 45-year-old Kevin J. Kearns of Cornelius yesterday on charges of third-degree sexual abuse and harassment.  He's accused of making sexual comments toward and groping a co-worker while both employees were on-duty.  He was placed on administrative leave pending an investigation last week.
