(Portland, OR)  --  A local hospital system is sending thousands of new socks to the homeless in Portland.  The Legacy Health System says they've collected and donated 30-thousand pairs of socks to the Portland Rescue Mission.  Two-dozen Portland-area non-profits will work to distribute the socks throughout the community.
