(Seattle, WA) -- One man is facing charges after allegedly pulling a gun on a Good Samaritan trying to bring food to first responders at the scene of Monday's Amtrak derailment. Police say the victim was stuck in backed-up traffic caused by the derailment when he tried to merge into another lane, where a car was being driven by suspect Jeffrey Dickerson. The merge attempt allegedly prompted Dickerson to point a gun at the victim and make a threat. A DuPont police officer tracked down the suspect and arrested him. He faces trial in March.
