(Portland, OR)  --  One person is behind bars in connection to a shooting that injured one person in northeast Portland.  Police say the victim was shot yesterday near a house at Northeast 118th Avenue and Holladay Street.  Investigators say the shooting happened during a disturbance between multiple people.  Police arrested one person and seized a shotgun believed to be used in the shooting.
