(Idanha, OR)  --  Highway 22 in Linn County is back open following a deadly crash.  The state Department of Transportation lifted the closures last night in Santiam Canyon nearly a week after the collision on December 15th.  A tanker lost control in icy conditions, and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.  More than eleven-thousand gallons of fuel spilled onto the highway, which was closed from Milepost 55 to where the 22 and 20 intersect.
