(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man in connection to a Christmas Day carjacking.  Police responded to Southeast Washington Street Monday afternoon.  The victim tells police the suspect stole their car and insinuated that he had a weapon.  Police arrested the suspect in the 9600 block of Southeast Division Street.
