(Seattle, WA)  --  Black ice and freezing rain are expected to create hazardous driving conditions on the roads today.  The National Weather Service said yesterday that freezing overnight temperatures were expected to refreeze melted snow on the roadways, leading to black ice and slippery conditions this morning.  Freezing rain is also expected to turn into snow sometime this evening.  Authorities are urging drivers to use caution on the roads.
