(Portland, OR)  --  Police are looking for a pair of suspects who led them on a car chase through downtown Albany.  Police say they tried to pull over a black VW Jetta GT Monday night, but the driver sped off.  Police say the car had a temporary tag in the rear window and a University of Oregon sticker on the right bumper.
