(Portland, OR)  --  One person is facing charges in connection to a stabbing on a MAX train.  It happened last night on a northbound Green Line train near the Southeast Division Street Transit Station.  Police arrested the suspect on a TriMet bus after witnesses called 9-1-1.  The victim suffered minor injuries.
