(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a shooting that injured a man in North Portland.  Police responded to the area of North Russet Street and Peninsular Avenue early yesterday morning on reports of a gunshot victim.  Arriving officers found a 43-year-old man with a gunshot wound.  He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  Police are still searching for a suspect.
