(Vancouver, WA)  --  A 20-year-old man is behind bars in connection to the shooting of a teenage girl in Vancouver.  Police arrested Andrew Adams-Mott on I-5 in Vancouver yesterday.  He's accused of shooting a 17-year-old girl December 10th.  She survived the shooting.
