(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a missing man from Raleigh Hills.  Police say 76-year-old Ira Bob Alperin was last seen last night near the Lloyd Center shopping mall.  Family members are worried because he's recently started experiencing mild cognitive impairment.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
