(Portland, OR)  --  One man is dead following a crash in Lincoln City.  Police say Edward Bolton Junior died from his injuries this week following last Friday's rollover crash on Northeast East Devils Lake Road.  Police say the car rolled over and became submerged in water, and police had to extricate Bolton Junior and his passenger, who was also injured.
