(Portland, OR)  --  Police in California say they've arrested an Oregon woman accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian along Highway 99 West.  Police arrested Michelle McMillan last month and extradited her to Oregon yesterday.  She's accused of hitting and killing 36-year-old Nathaniel Franciosi in July.
