(Salem, OR)  --  A woman is facing felony charges in court this week after allegedly giving cocaine to her two-year-old son.  Police arrested Kalin Swartz December 20th on charges of third degree assault and causing another person to ingest a controlled substance.  The boy's paternal grandmother says she noticed the child acting lethargic after Swartz returned him to her after a visit in September.  The boy is currently in his father's custody.  Swartz is due back in court Thursday.
