(Vancouver, WA)  --  A Vancouver man is injured after being struck by a car while walking toward oncoming traffic on I-5.  Police say the 45-year-old man was walking north in one of the southbound lanes when a driver struck him.  He was taken to a hospital and is facing a charge of unlawful use of a limited access highway.
