(Portland, OR)  --  A 19-year-old man is hospitalized after being rescued from Big Whale Cove near Depoe Bay.  The Coast Guard says firefighters called them to the area yesterday afternoon after the man started suffering seizures.  A Coast Guard crew was able to land a helicopter nearby thanks to the low tide and medevac the man.
