(Portland, OR)  --  A Hillsboro woman is dead after a head-on crash.  Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue says Kimberly Clowdus was driving north on Southwest River Road near Farmington Road yesterday afternoon when she crossed the yellow line to try to pass a car.  Clowdus crashed head-on into an SUV headed southbound.  She was pronounced dead at the scene.  The other driver suffered minor injuries.
