(Portland, OR)  --  Police are investigating a deadly auto-pedestrian hit-and-run crash in Sandy.  Police responded to Highway 26 near Southeast Vista Loop Drive Tuesday night to find a man dead.  Investigators believe the man was walking in the westbound lanes of the highway when he was struck.
