(Portland, OR)  --  Police say an armed man's outburst over a parking spot forced them to put a couple schools on lockdown.  Police responded to a parking lot across the street from Milwaukie High School and Milwaukie Elementary School yesterday on reports of a man with a gun yelling at people.  Arriving officers say they found 42-year-old Joshua Robert Pegg making personal threats toward people during a dispute over parking.  Police arrested him for disorderly conduct and menacing.
