(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges for allegedly burglarizing a senior care center.  Police say 65-year-old Robert Bilbruck of Salem entered the Mount Angel Senior Center in November and stole cash and several items.  Bilbruck is already behind bars on separate charges for similar crimes in Marion County.
