(Portland, OR)  --  One man is facing possible charges after allegedly threatening people with a screwdriver at a Portland apartment complex.  Police responded to the Pearl Court Apartments last night on reports of a man swinging the screwdriver around and threatening residents.  Arriving officers say the suspect took off when he saw them, prompting police to ask residents to shelter in place while they tracked him down.  Police arrested the man shortly after midnight.
